Purchased multiple times! I'm really happy with the quality of Vitaly's items and their customer support. Had to return a bracelet once way past the return window and got my refund I'll be buying again soon

Best jewellery ever. Super innovative designs. Quality and customer-service on point - I've now been ordering regularly since almost 6 years - and I won't stop doing so.

Jeff was very helpful and patient with my problems and demands, walked me through all the steps making the easy to execute. Gave me the voucher as I requested. Very thankful for the help
