Ordered Vitamins 1/4/24. Received e-mails many days later saying product was 'delayed'. Now got a charge on my credit card for $49.95. They do not respond to my e-mails. Chat-box is 'snoozing'. Now will have to report to my credit card company. Please know that this 'company' is a SCAM.

This company is horrible. I have emailed them 8 times regarding cancellation of an order that hasn’t been shipped. They are stalling so they can get the money and I won’t be able to return the item for a full refund. This is a common practice with this company per the reviews. I will never recommend them to my followers. Please don’t purchase from them. C. Tucker

Ordered 6 month subscription January 28, 2024. As of today order still not "fulfilled" and I just keep getting thanks for sending your email we will respond in 24 hours and their chat box leaves little to be desired as they are away until the next day. I cancelled my subscription through my account on their website, however, I am trying to get the full $119 refund of the product I never received. I have bombarded their chat box and also contacted them on their website and my gmail as well. Not holding my breath that they will get back to me or refund my money. Again, buyer beware!!

I placed an order, and almost two weeks later my order still hasn’t shipped. I have sent numerous emails to customer service and they don’t respond. I also tried chat and they just send my chat to customer service.

Placed an order still waiting took my money. No response from customer service six emails. This is ridiculous.. getting frustrated trying to find a phone number for them. Need help. The worst customer service ever they say they’ll send your order out quickly and nothing I want to try the product but now I’m just very pissed off!!!!! Don’t know where to go from here. Don’t bother ordering.also if you notice all these ratings the company responds only to people that give them a good rating. . They better send me my order or refund me my money ASAP OR they will have a lawsuit.

They have never sent the product. I emailed they repeatedly and they respond with some "canned comments, ie bad weather, transit delays, etc". They got me for ~$100.00. I will report them to PayPal and write the purchase off as a loss. Crooks.
