I ordered over a month ago and with exception to one email telling me they were out of the product, they have not replied to a single email sent to customer support. Ha ent provided an update on my order and ha ebt shipped it. No refund of money they took immediately out of our account and the refund policy is crap. No phone number provided to even attempt a call to a live person. 😠

Zero stars if possible. I ordered 3 bottles on January 15, 2924. My credit card was charged but have not received my order. My account shows paid but unfulfilled. I’ve contacted them three times via email with no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND GIVING MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING.

Do not purchase their product. I ordered 4 bottle over a month ago and never received them. They immediately took out $100 out of my bank account but they can not respond to any of the 10 emails I sent them. Conveniently, they don't have a phone number to contact them. Unprofessional company. I just want my money back at this point. There are so many other company's that have great customer service.

My experience is the same as dmbonarrigo. I ordered 3 bottles of their vitamins almost a month ago and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I have emailed and sent a complaint through their website 4 times as well with absolutely NO ANSWER. I will be contacting the BBB now.

Ordered the vitamins on January 14, 2024 am not able to get an answer of when it will be shipped. It is almost a month and they have charged my credit card and there is no way to communicate with them or cancel the order and get a credit. I have tried to reach paypal also and they said waiting for the vendor to respond.

Actually this should get “0” stars. DO NOT USE THIS SHAM BUSINESS! I ordered their “special 3 bottles for $99.99” deal on January 8th. My account was charged a couple of days later. As of today, FEBRUARY 12th, I have yet to receive anything & the only response to emails is “someone will respond within 24 hours.” I emailed to ask them to give me my money back and they never responded. UPDATE - after over 6 weeks and after posting true above negative review, I finally received the product I ordered. They had profuse apologies and included info on other products . I basically responded by saying that any company who hoped to do a great business needs to put customer communication at the top of their “to do” list. They failed to do that repeatedly including any explanation as to why it was taking so long. I also told them that I would not be purchasing anything else from them in the future. Worst online business I’ve dealt with so far. AD

*******SCAM******SCAM*****SCAM***** I ordered 2 months ago. Did not get it. I requested status update and they replied there was high demand therefore it is back ordered. I waited another few weeks and sent several other request asking for status update then a refund-NO REPLIES from them. They is no phone number for customer several. This is a BAD-FAKE COMPANY. Don’t be fooled. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. I will do everything I can to put this info out there. I can only hope that they either send me my product or refund me. Then I will change my review

Well looks like several others, I have been scammed. Ordered on Jan 7th, 2024 and nothing. I have emailed several times and messaged through their website and I have only received 1 response that they are having delays. My story sounds very much like the rest of them here. So I guess I will try and get my money back by reporting it to my credit card. Just wow!!!
