Same experience as many others. Ordered three weeks ago, and have emailed several times. Never received the order and no response to emails. They do not make their phone number public (wonder why), so there is no way of talking to them.

Same as what others are saying. Ordered in early January and have yet to see anything. Reaching out doesn’t do any good, no response. I will be challenging the charge on my card and returning the product if it ever comes. In the meantime, the emails keep coming about ordering and how they have ‘reserved’ bottles for me - please order. What a joke.

Horrible customer service. Purchased three bottles which have never been sent. I’ve emailed multiple times with no answer. They don’t have a phone number or customer service line to call. Extremely frustrated and want either my money back or the product

I place order on 01/04/2024 and I never got confirmation email, tracking information and never received product. They have no phone number to call or chat. I email support and they take 24 hrs to answer. They can't find my order, but the charge on my cc was the same day I placed order. today 01/18/2024 and nothing!!!!

The vitamins are great but the customer service is not. I reordered 3 bottles of vitamins Jan 3rd and they still have not been shipped. The money already left my account on Jan 4th. I have emailed and messaged them through the website at least 4 times, but they still haven’t answered me. Their chat answer says “Back Wednesday”… on Wednesday it says “ Back Thursday”… They have my money but won’t answer me. Next step is the BBB.

I’m not sure how I got connected with this website. I assumed the offer was coming from my monthly deliveries of primal harvest. I should’ve paid closer attention but seriously asking me to continue my order when I’ve never made one to begin with. I feel this was sneaky/crafty. I would like to return all the bottles you sent and get a refund. Please let me know how.
