Excellent Customer Service! I had an issue and the customer service was extremely helpful. I emailed them and they took care of it right away!

I ordered GUT product February 8 I have not received it. They said it arrived today. It is not here.

I am with all of you, I ordered before Christmas and still nothing, I sent numerous emails, no answer I used the webpage to ask questions, they were always out of the office, I then told them via email no product no answers, have my monies, I then stated I was calling bank and reporting to BBB, low and behold today I received an email that it was on its way to click a link to see where my shipment was, and, of course, being leery of this company already I did not click on anything will return with a updated reply if in fact they do show up, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I can only hope that if they do arrive, I see some improvement within two months, but then again going through this for another three months, is it worth it? Thanks gor listening!!! Arghhhh

It took over 2 months to receive the products. I understand there was a back log, shipping issues etc. Once I reached out to your company to say I hadn't received the supplements you responded quickly and did give me an opportunity to cancel. I did not cancel. I am hopeful when I looked at other reviews before purchasing that I will have success with healthy hair and new growth!

EVERYTHING. Sounds like other people are having the same issue. I ordered 1/29/24, spent a total of $122.90, got a text 1/31/24 that order was delayed. filled out multiple requests for help from customer service, e-mailed, tried live chat (nobody ever responds). there is no telephone number to contact. they are ripping people off.

I am having the same trouble everyone else is having. Terrible customer service and seriously slow shipping. It would be ok if they gave me updates on when it was coming. But instead it's complete silence. And then I never hear back from them. It's always will return next day. I finally received my order about 1 1/2 wks ago and it does not seem to work as well as the cheaper one I had used.

ORDERED 01/21/24 , REC'D MESSAGE ON 01/22/24 PROBLEM SHIPPING . HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM CONTACTED THEM 02/13/24,02/14/24, 02/20/24 , NO ANSWER FROM THEM . NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM . OUT $106.00 . REPORTING THEM TO MY BANK, BBB, AND ATTORNEY . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM . THEY ARE LIARS

The product is great I have ordered twice from them, sometimes delivery might be slow but it is a popular product. I would rather wait a little longer for a product that works than one that doesn’t. My advice would be to order before you run out and be patient it is worth it.
