This charlatan company exists solely for the purpose of taking your money. They not only do not exist, but there are no products to ship to you. If you are waiting for something you were stupid enough to order from this fraudulent company, you will be waiting forever. Simply have your bank or credit card credit company your account now. They use a fake set of automated reply and bogus shopping information to keep you waiting around as long as possible. Contact the Nevada Attorney General's Office to file a complaint. Otherwise, these dishonest leaches on our economic system will continue unabated.

I placed an order for 51.91 for Myco Forte, it was to be shipped and received within 8 days. I ordered it on 6-24-16, they created a shipping label on 6-30-16 and never shipped it out. I have called the phone number every day and the person on the phone submits an email. I still have not had any reply. The person who works for this company told me that they disconnected the phone number when the worker started calling in complaints. I help an elderly man, he needs this product, because of the cost, I would not order another, I am disabled myself on a fixed income.

On June 28, 2016, I ordered some product from VitaDocs Inc for $106.95 which was charged immediately to my credit card. It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order. I have called them on numerous occasions to try to find out shipping information. They tell me that they called USPS on July 1, 2016 and they just haven't picked up yet. I have tried to cancel my order. They say they will have someone call me. They don't call. They must have my phone number in their system because now they will not answer additional calls from me. I used another phone and they answered. Same old story - they will have someone call me. They don't call. I think they are a bunch of crooks. I am seeking legal advise from my attorney. I am also contacting the BBB.

I wish I would have read the horrible reviews before ordering from VitaDocs. I ordered $60.80 worth of products on 6/8/16, Invoice #e514022107. I instantly received an email that the money was deducted from my account; however, I never received another email to let me know my items were shipped. I have called and emailed repeatedly to find out the status of my order. The one time someone answered the phone, I was told they couldn't pull up my info and someone would have to call me back. I haven't received a call back. I've tried to call several other times and they and they won't answer the phone or return emails. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I placed my order via online May 25th (great prices) and my credit card was charged $133 IMMEDIATELY, lol, of course. I then received an email confirmation of my order. The next day, I received an email stating my order was being "processed". That was the last I had heard from the company. I called a week later asking about my order. The gal that answered knew nothing and said she would have another person in the Order Department call me. No call. Three days later, I called again and the girl was able to give me two tracking numbers. The first one said a label was created on June 3rd and didn't go any further after checking days later. The second tracking number said a label was created on the day I called on June 6th). I DID receive my order in full, all intact, with an invoice on June 9th Priority 3-day shipping. I guess I wouldn't have been so nervous and uptight about my order if VitaDocs would have sent an email confirmation of the progress of my order with USPS tracking. I can forgive a delay if I was notified instead of being left in the dark. No one knew why two labels were created or if my order was split up because of the two labels created. The negative feedback on this site didn't ease my anxiety, lol. I'm just pleased my order made it even though it took 16 days without a callback or further email notifications. I WILL order again but I'll make sure I allow enough time as to not run out of product. My recommendation would be to call for a tracking number a few days after placing your order. VitaDocs? Have tracking numbers available for your person that answers the phone. *Wink*

This company is not going to ship my purchased product and sending me false shipment information. Very upset with my order and no live customer support. Now I am going to file complaint with BBB.

Update on farther below: I just received my order! (4/6/16) Appears what I ordered/expected. Happy! Feedback: please keep customers informed on progress with steps in order process, tracking info, etc. Glad order has arrived! Thank you! ---------- Previously on 4/3/16: Made order last week (3/27/16). Appears to be sham: Sign#1. Received auto response but nothing since. Sign#2. Called customer service number and got an electronic voice advising me to leave a message and someone will call back. Looking at the below bad reviews, I see where this is going...

This company is a total scam. The customer Service Reps have no access to your order and rely on other departments they have no access to call you back which they don't do. Reversing my credit charge with this company STAY AWAY
