Hi Maki! We are very sorry that you've negative experience with us. You've purchased Unlimited 4G Basic that offers 500 MB/day. Please note once you've exceed to the daily limit this will automatically stop and it will refresh during midnight UK time. We've checked your order and it was exceeded, more than 500 MB per day. However, consuming too much also will eventually stop due to the FUP or Fair Use Policy. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Hi there! Apologies for the unsatisfactory in regards to our internet service. Most of the time 4G slows down to 3G since the reception might be weak because there is no cell tower close by or in the rural areas. But then, we do hope that even if you had a negative experience with us once, please don't judge the whole company. And we will do our best to improve more in the future for our customers. We appreciate you took time and gave us feedback. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
