The service in general was good
The service in general was good. Getting the router was easy enough. I had issues with the quality of the service in general. It was slow and unreliable most of the time. The bandwidth was enough to navigate Google maps and to text but nothing more. I have contracted services with other companies that had enough bandwidth to stream music while we drove around the country and I think, if you want to be competitive, you should offer the same.

Most of the time 4G slows down to 3G since the reception might be weak because there is no cell tower close by or in the rural areas. Thank you so much for giving us a suggestion, we have Unlimited 4G Max (AT&T) that offers unlimited data connection and has better coverage. We will avoid this to happen again.
