The unit worked great on a recent trip to Ireland and Norway. Even worked on the cruise ship when we were in ports. Excellent service.

My WiFi unit was not ready at LAX on my pick-up day ! Pick-up & Return location at LAX "ICE" is not organized at all as they have no record keeping systems.

Good service. I was a little confused about the extra shipping fees charged when I had to mail in my T-Mobile for a replacement Verizon- but all in all very happy with end result. I have internet!
