Make sure you are going to get a product before you pay for it!
UPDATE February 22, 2021 On February 16th 2021 Trustpilot asked for the order number concerning the bad review, so Visionbody could check what went wrong. I gave them the number and Visionbody contacted me, apologizing and notifying me that they would refund me the money for the product that I bought and never received. They did, on the next day, February 17th 2021. After about 10 months I got my money back! I hope that means that the company will do better, from now on. July 28, 2020 I placed an order on April 25th 2020 with Visionbody.com, did not receive the EMS product, and although they promised they would, they did not give me back my money. So I filed a complaint with the ECC Greece.

Fraud
Fraud - no product, no refund. I made an order, never received it. They reported quality problems. After a month of negotiations my order was cancelled, but no refund. This is fraud, don't trust them!
