Bad website, Extremely rude service
Extremely rude customer service for this company, specially person named Tatiana. Do not use this website, their system gave me wrong picture. I requested India Passport Seva document, 4.5x3.5 cm (630*810 pixels), and it gave me 51x51 cm, and despite providing a proof of confirmation received from their website about my ordered size, the person Tatiana claimed their system is never wrong, and was extremely rude. This website does not deserve your money. Please do not use it.

Hello. According to the mailing history, a tech support representative resized the photo to the required size and sent it to you. We haven't received a refund request from you. Please let us know if the resized photo worked or if a refund is required. We apologize for the confusion.

From the website it just seemed too…
From the website it just seemed too good to be true - but the service was amazing! from my selfie it made a beautiful picture that was easy to print in an appropriate quality. I would highly recommend this site for USA passport photo needs and I will definitely use it again.

Excellent Service and Reliable Results
Excellent Service and Reliable Results I had a fantastic experience with Visafoto, and I’m genuinely impressed with their service. After struggling elsewhere and wasting money on photos that didn’t meet the requirements, Visafoto was a breath of fresh air. Their process was quick, easy, and incredibly accurate. I used Visafoto for my Nigerian passport renewal, and my photo upload was successful on the very first try. They clearly understand the specifications needed for different passport and visa applications, and the quality of the photo was far better than what I got from a physical studio. I really appreciate how seamless the whole experience was — no stress, no back-and-forth, just a reliable service that gets it right. I highly recommend Visafoto to anyone who needs professional, compliant passport or visa photos.
