VisafotoReviews of visafoto.com

Had a problem getting my photo accepted on a B2 USA visa application form ( must be under 240KB ) so enlisted the services of Visafoto. Sent them my photo and it came back within 15 mins! First shock. I then submitted my new photo to USA Visa and again was not accepted because they now said it wasn't clear enough. Emailed Visafoto to ask how to get over this latest problem. Second shock! Reply came back again within 15 mins with a new update of my photo and a photo shot of them testing my enhanced photo with the USA Visa application site. Unbelievable service. It worked immediately on my application. Great, great service, thank you.

I used this service because I needed passport photos quickly, and with a blue background. Four stars because the first photo needed slightly correcting. However when I emailed asking for the correction, the response came almost immediately and the photo had been adjusted as asked. They email both a single shot, and a set of four. I now need to get the photos printed and submitted, so hopefully this will go smoothly too.

Great service! Made my picture meet the standards for USA passport and excellent customer service. Prompt responses and very helpful. Thank you!

Great and super quick service. I would have given 10 stars !

I've placed a wrong order which wasn't right for my use,I email to ask for a refund. The reply was quick and fixed the problem straight away and I got the right photo in a very time, the service is very good! Thumbs up!!

Perfect and fast

Really helpful! I sent over 5 emails asking questions and they responded really quickly and could not have been more helpful if they tried! Great service! Really easy to communicate with.

Very good service with prompt turnaround. Had to send my pic a few times (my fault) but was finally accepted as good, for UK make sure it is a plain off-white background. Will use again for sure.
