After receiving my photos, I told them had an issue with my passport photo. They responded promptly to help solve my issue and offered additional tips to help me with the best way they can. Overall I am very happy with their service in terms of quality, response rate and customer friendliness.

Very good and very fast service. Extremely easy. If something is not 100% perfect: changes would be made very fast and for free. I can really recommend visafoto. No problem at the Belarusian embassy.

Excellent service! Be careful however to click and set the right photo size choice as it defaults to the first on the list and the first photo I had processed came back as a visa size instead of passport-sized.

Had issues with submission of my photo for my UK passport renewal, because of quality of lighting in photo. Sent a reply to Vista, who quickly replied and asked me to send a new photo, which I did. They replied again with a new "passport quality" photo, which was accepted by the passport service. Very reponsive. Highly recommended.
