The wine choices and prices are always excellent!

I have been VERY happy with Virgin wines - on the rare occasion that I haven’t liked a wine they’ve sent, I have always had my money refunded. The company works hard to correct any mistakes in a timely manner. I love their service and their wine!!

I truly enjoy being surprised by the dozen assorted wines I get. If I don't like one I give them a call and it's type is removed from my preferences. Easy to work with and the wines are of good character.

Pricing is fair but not a tremendous deal. Customer service is great.

We have been using Virgin Wines for years with consistently good results. It is so rare for us to get a bottle from Virgin that we do not like that I can not even tell you the last time that happened. Extremely well done.

Most of the customer service reps are helpful and professional however once in a while I come across someone who’s unhelpful and unfriendly. These miserable people make me rethink shopping for wine at Virginwines.

We enjoy the wine selections offered by Virgin Wines. Their customer service is excellent and so are the wines. It is so much fun to open a new case and discover the interesting wines inside.
