Really disapointed with their customer service.... I ordered a wall and ceiling bundle and I received two sets of wall lights. I was frustrated because there is no way to hang the wall lights up as ceiling lights as there are not hooks on both ends. I contacted customer service with this issue and they were completely useless. They told me that both products are the same and are thus interchargable even thought they are not. They even contracdicted themselves a couples times because they told me the ceiling lights should have hooks on both ends. When i tried to ask more questions, they shooed me off by sending me a link on how to install my wall lights EVEN THOUgh i needed ceiling lights. I dont know why they thought that would be helpful. After all this i decided fine and i modified the product so it would work the way i needed it too. AFTER all this... the lights dont even work!!!! now im trying again to get in touch with customer service so i can atleast get working lights but I have not had a response in a couple days. Im really tired of this and I just want my lights. Keep that in mind when purchasing.

Hi Marie, thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We sincerely apologize your order experience was not satisfactory. Here at Viral Lights we aim to make every step of the experience as perfect as possible and take it to heart when we don't deliver on that. While the installation process for our ViralColor Wall Lights is similar to that of our Ceiling Lights, we unfortunately do not have a video tutorial available at this time. We agree this is much needed addition and will work to get one added soon. We truly appreciate feedback like yours that helps us improve our overall service. If you have any concerns at all regarding the reshipment of your order, or any other part of your experience, please do not hesitate to contact our management team directly at [email protected].
