60$ projector, worked for about a year before the motor died. customer service offered no help whatsoever. the warrantee was good for 30 days.

My friend has the SkyBright and strip lights and says they work well. But the SkyBright is WAYYYY overpriced...currently it shows as on sale for $44.99 US regular $125 US!!! THAT IS BONKERS!! $125?!...come on. So overpriced. I went on Amazon and found one that seemed identical for $32 CAD and it works great! Now, I'm not overly familiar with the different features between the two but the one I got on Amazon looks exactly the same and is also a Bluetooth speaker. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Also - the strip lights for the cost you can get at Home Depot for much cheaper. The ones at Viral Lights don't even include the cool light features you need to pay $15 US more for this feature for each 16ft light strip, which is insane. Just a trendy company looking to rip people off. Highly recommend sourcing elsewhere for either of these products.

(21st Dec) I ordered some LED lights from Viral Lights on 2nd December 2021; communication confirming the order was duly received, and credit card charged as would be expected. Some days later, the tracking on their website still reported "Ordered", but there was a tracking number, which only gave a response of "Info Received". This has steadfastly refused to change to date. I contacted Viral Lights on 12/12, and received a fairly fast response, apologising for the delay, but confirming that it had been dispatched - the link given still simply gives exactly the same unchanged info as above. "Maria" also promised a 25% refund to my credit card - this too has not materialised, a week after being promised. Her email ended with the farcical statement "Kindly disregard the reason stated in the notification if it does not jibe with the situation..." - well why send a nonsensical email then? I emailed Viral Lights again on 19/12, and 72 hours later, still have received no response. Their phone number does not appear to work either. Whilst there are many people here who are delighted with their products, which are no doubt excellent, if you can get them, I am left frustrated that my son's Xmas present will clearly not arrive in time (if at all), and regretting buying from Viral Lights. I am however open to their comments, as clearly this is a busy time of year, and rather unusual times. UPDATE 3rd January Following on from my review, a couple of days later, I received a message from viral lights requesting further information. I submitted this, and by Xmas I had received the promised partial refund as consolation for the order not being received. However - as of 3rd of January, my package has not updated on their website beyond “Ordered”. No tracking, no emails, nothing. I remain distinctly unimpressed.

Not sure yet about this company.. I placed an order on the 7th of December. Money taken from my account. Still it says order placed and not confirmed. I've emailed two different emails with no reply. Hoping someone may reply here. It was for my daughter a Christmas present what she really wanted now am going to have to see her disappointed face Christmas morning. Because the one thing she asked for. I haven't got :(
