I had a small problem with getting my order number at first, so after contacting they were extremely helpful and gave me more info than I even needed to ensure that my order mattered to them. My order came a day ahead of schedule and was very pleased with my order awesome product recommended for anyone!

I had an issue with the light set falling off the wall (hasn't happened with previous sets) and contacted the Support team, replacements arranged within an hour, no fuss, no quibble - amazing service which I have not received anywhere else for as long as I remember - this really is risk free shopping!

Light took awhile but did come. Look nice so far. Music setting works nicely. I think the lights are set to react to bass. Still need to try remote to see more settings. However, original setting is good. Overall for the price I'm satisfied.
