Ordered astro alan at the beginning of December 2021 as a Christmas present for my son. Still waiting for it to be delivered , they have taken payment but have failed to provide the goods. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this firm as they just don't seem to care about any kind of customer service.
Response from Viral LightsJan 29, 2022
Hi Steve, we are very sorry to hear you haven't received an order. We would love to further assist but Astro Alan is not a product we carry on our site. It may be from a site with a similar name to ours. A full list of our products can be found at virallights.com.

The coolest lights ever, me and my husband received the projector as a Christmas present and we absolutely love it. If you do not own one I would suggest that you purchase one ASAP.

Sent my order to a parcel locker instead of my address although I requested it for my address. I called the representative who was of no help and asked me to contact local post office. Don’t offer delivery if you cannot deliver to customer address.
Response from Viral LightsJan 29, 2022
Hi Eric, we sincerely apologize your order experience was not satisfactory. Here at Viral Lights we aim to make every step of the experience as perfect as possible and take it to heart when we don't deliver on that. We understand how disappointing it is to not have an order arrive at the right location. We send all orders to the address listed on the order, and unfortunately have no control on the delivery after it has been handed off to postal service. They may have made an error on their part or incorrectly marked the delivery location, which is why we recommend reaching out to them in these instances. We would be more than happy to reship your order if they were unable to locate it, would you mind reaching out to us personally at [email protected] to let us know?
