I'm so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience launching a product. Our launching services have always been a solution for gaining keyword ranking and visibility. We do not seek to solicit reviews through the service as incentivized reviews are against Amazon ToS. To attempt to drive reviews through a promotional method would put our customers' businesses at risk. Launching services are intended to improve ranking for keywords with the goal of increasing visibility and driving organic sales well after the launch has concluded. If you would like to discuss the service further or have any questions, please don't hesitate to let us know at [email protected]. Our team of coaches are always willing to connect with you to discuss strategy prior to a launch. We hope you have continued success selling on Amazon!
