If I could give negative stats that’s exactly what they would get! Received a portable dvd player that supposedly came with a warranty . Was never given warranty information and when it broke less than a month after receiving was told to return for a replacement so I did and it’s now been a month since they received it and I still don’t have a replacement! Claims they’ve “escalated” the issues 4x now and still nothing. Awful awful company!

I bought two brand new air conditioners in damaged boxes from Vipoutlet on eBay. Nobody bothered to inspect the items before shipping as both were severely damaged. Just trying to return the two units has been such an ordeal and I will never use this company again on eBay or Walmart.

Watch was said to be "open box" Yes some one opened the box, used it, had it refurbished. I guess I just misunder stood what open box means. I hav a watch I bought 15 years ago and wore daily. Before I put it on my wrist I opened the box. Now I can sell it for a premium since it is by definition and open box watch.

Do NOT buy from this seller. They list that every product is tested before going out, IT IS DEFINITELY NOT! Bought a tv that came with clear burned pixels, big patch. I installed it,threw out the box,I live in a small apartment, tried it, and guess what? Big patch of burned pixels. They won't offer to ship a box or refund for a new one if i go buy one. They won't do a partial refund. They ship out this junk knowing it will be hard to return and hoping you won't, hence why they have such a low rating. DO NOT buy from them!!

I bought an New Open Box Generator off Walmart.com, that turned out to be actually from VIP Outlet, for $522. The next day the purchase was cancelled. The explanation given was they had oversold them however the exact generator was still for sale on VIP Outlet.com for $586. They either had them or they didn't so I bought another thinking to dispute the price if it arrived. It did arrive about ten days later, the box was badly damaged, damage to the gas tank, bad battery and no extension cord. The shipping lable said Shipped by Walmart so I began conversations with Walmart and VIP Outlet and each promised to resolve the issue and call within 48 hrs, never happened. Generac the MF were fantastic and would replace the gas tank and battery however the service department was 40 minute drive from me. I offered to keep it for a $200 partial refund to cover the trips to have it repaired and the difference in the prices charged. They offered $100 which I declined. Having been advised to request a return lable I did so and VIP Outlet dragged the process out for twenty days obviously so my 30 day return window ran out and then I would be responsible for shipping. Their policy stated if a return was received after 30 days in running condition it would be returned to the customer and shipping both ways the customers responsibility. The Generator was damaged but should've run just fine. Overall VIP Outlet used Walmart to advertise and ship but their own Customer Service is nothing more than nice words and promises, just doesn't exist. Customer beware

I've purchased many 'open box-new' items over the last 12 or so years from VIP. Never a problem. Recently I've had 5 different orders, only one was actually 'new' unused, two were used but apparently only long enough to mark them a little. One was beaten and abused so badly, with 'bad' noted on the battery. A mower I bought was still covered with grass under it from use. Overall, if you get something from VIP it's a bit of a crap shoot. Sometimes you win, most of the time you get aggravated at having to return it. Update: Vipoutlet sent me 2 more orders, total waste, neither worked, sold as 'Brand new' and 'new open box'. Both were clearly used defective returns, one had a battery that flashed an error code showing it was defective and shut down to (hopefully) avoid catching fire. VIP lies about the products and I believe they must have enough people to just throw them away that they don't care. They've lost more money by my returning the defective trash products they send than they've made from the few that were acceptable.

this company sold me a locked phone thru walmart and initially said the phone had a 1 year warrant, then 90 day warranty. admitted to not scanning the phone to unlock it before shipping to customer and refuses to stand behind or up to their mistake
