Dear Thomas, The purpose of the 5-star rating system is to help others understand the quality of the item, the effectiveness of our customer support, and the speed of delivery. The item you purchased was already part of our sale collection, originally priced at $299 and reduced to $199—a $100 discount. Offering an additional discount would unfortunately result in a loss for us. At our store, we strive to provide the best possible pricing for our customers, but we cannot sell at a loss. We believe that a 2-star rating for not receiving an additional discount on an already discounted item is not an accurate reflection of the situation and may mislead other customers. All of your orders, including those from the past, have been processed promptly and without any issues. Warm regards, The VIOSSI Customer Care Team

Dear Tyson, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our products. Upon reviewing your order, we note that it was placed on July 11th, processed and shipped by July 12th, and delivered by July 18th. On July 29th, you filed a return request and returned the item. After inspection, we found that the item had been used multiple times. Unfortunately, due to its condition, it can no longer be resold. As a result, we will need to either return the item to you or dispose of it if we do not receive a response from you within several days of the email which was sent by our colleague. Item was was returned and used: https://postimg.cc/sGh2WKTt We have sent several follow-up emails but have not received a reply from you. Dear Dom, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our products. We come very seriously to the quality and the packaging of our customers. We are not interested in delivering damaged items. Our main goal is to have long term relationship. Indeed, we can't just separate part of the suit because when you purchase a suit, you are purchasing it as a whole set, not separately. Therefore, we can't exchange separate part. We can easily exchange the whole suit. Also, all these informations are written in our shipping/return policies. Hopefully, I was able to resolve your issues. If you ever have any questions or need assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to serving you again! Warm regards, VIOSSI Customer Care Team
