Finally some relief from heel pain and plantar fasciitis! Wear pretty much daily. VIONIC Unisex Wave X Mule, Black, 12 US Women. I'm decently fit at approx 200#. These have helped my feet tons more than crocs or anything similar. Dinging 1 star b/c plastic strap rivet broke ... but super easy to fix with a black ziptie that nobody notices.

UPDATE: Customer Service immediately responded after I posted this, and issued me a refund without any issues. So I am going to change my rating. I bought the Reyna Flatform Sandals, as well as the Brandie Flatform Sandal which were both on sale. I will start with the Reyna Flatform sandal. The very first time I wore them I was walking to a Dr’s appt, and within one block away from my house the whole sole fell off the left shoe. I had to walked back to my house to change shoes which made me late to my appt. This is unacceptable, I emailed the Vionic, and have yet to hear from them. I sent a photo as proof. I already own two pairs of the Brandie Flatform sandals, and when I received my 3rd pair, which was the same order as the Reynas, I noticed that they were much larger even though they are the same exact size. I compared them to my older Brandie sandals, and they are indeed a size larger even though they are marked as the same size, which was a 3UK. Unfortunately I had already worn the Brandie in my house, I bought them as house shoes, and didn’t investigate the size difference immediately, I thought it was in my head so it took some to time to find one of my old pairs to compare. Not only is the broken Reyna sandal unacceptable, the newly sized Brandie is disappointing as well. Why would you make the smallest size you offer larger in size.

I love the Vionic products but wrote a bad review earlier re return problems. I am now updating the review. They fixed the return process within a few days and promptly refunded my money for a return. I will definitely buy more Vionics when I can. I have a fairly narrow foot and not all their shoes work for me, but I love the support in the ones that do fit.

My shoes didn't arrive next day I missed the cut off by 1 min they did post but it took hernmes an extra day vionic credited my delivery charge can't fault them all email no calls excellent customer service I do need to send a pair back hope the great service still applies 👍

I ordered flip flops and two pairs of sneakers. The flip flops are awesome, the sneakers are so-so. I don’t feel that they are worth the $60+ that they cost. I also ordered several models of insoles, which feel great. I wonder if they are as good as Super Feet. They’re certainly not as ridgid as Super Feet insoles.

Great customer service and a big thanks to Julia for helping me out. Hopefully refund goes through with out any problems. Looking forward to getting my comfy slippers
