Vionic ShoesReviews of vionicshoes.com

I bought a pair of sandals and they were very uncomfortable , I read they were like walking on clouds with memory foam , well when i received them i couldn’t even walk they had like a hard bump within the arch in the middle part if foot which made it hard to walk since i’m flat feet .. I loved the sandals though to bad i had to return them! Not to mention they were way over priced. Shipping was not good at all ! They kept changing the delivery day, i was supposed to get them the most by April 25 and they arrived April 28! Fed-Ex is the worst service

Vionic's shoes look so nice and are supposed to be very supportive so you would think this is a quality company. It is not. The only way I could use more than one gift card on their website was to buy Vionic gift cards with my multiple gift cards. Since the boots I wanted were more than $150 I really wanted to pay for them partly with gift cards. I bought $100 in gift cards and paid the last $50 with a credit card. I received the boots and they were slightly uncomfortable, but I really loved them so I was torn and let them sit around for 2-3 weeks. Then the boots went on sale for $105. I called Vionic because I wondered if they would just give me the difference and if not I was going to return them as I was still within the 30 day window. I explained the situation and that I hadn't worn the boots yet. The customer service representative said that she could give me approximate $45 in store credit. Since I had paid for most of the purchase with gift cards, it had to be credit and not a refund. I figured this was better than nothing and accepted. She said it would take a couple of days to show up. I kept checking and when it hadn't shown up a week later, I inquired. The response I received was that the boots were marked down to $50 and that is what I paid so there was nothing they could do. I said, no that's not right, I paid $150. So the next person replies that they refunded my credit card the approximately $45. But they didn't do that either so I replied again. The next response was that that I had only paid $50 for the boots (again!). And last, they told me that the $100 gift cards were a "discount" and that they cannot refund to me more than the $50 I paid. This one has no logic whatsoever. In addition, most replies take several days. I have tried to call them once and was advised to go back to the email. I highly recommend that you think twice before buying expensive shoes directly from Vionic. I would recommend you order from Amazon where you don't have to deal with Vionic and could still return them if they don't work out. Or better yet, just don't let them have your money and find somewhere else, which is what I will be looking for.

I am staggered that a company can be without it' s telephone system for several days and even further when I want to get a question answered by Vionic takes an eternity to respond....Makes me think that Vionic are no longer in business

I purchased the men’s Vionic slipper. The are very comfortable. However, less than a year old the material that comes over the foot to the sole of the slipper started coming apart. And I only wore the slippers at home.Contacted Vionic Customer Service and was told the warranty is six months.

This is the only brand I will wear on my feet as they offer perfect support for my flat feet and history of plantar fasciitis. However I am very frustrated by their customer service. They say they can't reply to my email because of the pandemic (05/2022, it's over) and they do not answer their phone. Just a few days shy of the return window of 30 days and I can't reach anyone to see about a possible return even for store credit.

Shoes fit very large so without knowing it you have to order a size down . They are charging 5$ «  restocking fees » per pair of shoes even for an exchange not even a refund ! I had purchased more than 600$ Worth of shoes and they charged me 20$ for an exchange !! Very bad business practice wont buy again . Shoes are ok .

Wouldn't recommend. I bought the pair of expensive men's Trent shoes for which I paid $150 plus delivery. It's nice looking and kind of comfortable shoes - these are pros. The cons are bad workmanship. The tip of the right shoe was barely glued to the body of the shoe. In addition, the glue residue is shown all around the tip. I wrote the email to their customer service 5 days ago and have no answer.
