Cheap £37 for £2 rubber insoles

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers in different sizes, as I didn't know which would fit. They arrived in a timely manner, I tried them on and returned the pair that didn't fit. This was all very easy. Returned on 15th September, had a email from "CALERES" on 18th September, to inform me that the pair of trainers had been received and a refund of £130.00 would be processed. Today, 5th October, 17 days later, I have still not had a refund. I have tried to contact VIONIC, firstly by telephone, to be cut off and a recorded message to say that they were very busy and to send email. I then emailed to receive an automated answer, telling me that they have received my email, and my request has been passed to a member of their support team, whose aim is to respond within 2 -3 working days! Meanwhile they are still holding on to my money. I would expect that as they have the shoes and have had since 18th September, they would have refunded immediately. Very disappointing and even though I love the shoes, I shall NOT be purchasing from them again. Looks like customer service is appalling, due to the fact that I haven't had any!

My wife really likes the shoes for the extra support they offer. Lost stars are due to horrible customer support. Inquired multiple times about an issue with an order and still have yet to receive any form of response. Shoes are too expensive for such low class support. Will never purchase from them again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY STRAL YOUR MONEY WITH NO REGARD OF DOING THE RIGHT THING IN FIXING THERE END OF A PROBLEM.

shoes too small and narrow and were sold as final sale, no return or exchange. bought my normal size shoe and it was too small. so I am stuck with them; big waste of money. Other returns took weeks to see a credit to the card I used to pay. And this was after I called and wrote 2 emails

I've never had any problems with my shoes/trainers from Vionic, just received my new sneakers, & just love the colour & fit

Quality of the shoes has gone downhill. Customer Service is not helpful. Will not purchase.

I was a big fan of Orthoheel before Vionic bought them out. Ever since Vionic came to be, it has fallen from its high standards. How many people does a company really need to sell a simple shoe? This is why prices are beyond reach for most people.
