My wife really likes the shoes for the extra support they offer. Lost stars are due to horrible customer support. Inquired multiple times about an issue with an order and still have yet to receive any form of response. Shoes are too expensive for such low class support. Will never purchase from them again!

I have to have shoes with arch supports following surgery on both ankles. Consequently, I have brought several pairs of bionic shoes. There is an issue with sizing some styles have arrived and were just to big. On the whole fit was ok. Quality is average for the price. They are expensive and are not the same quality as, say ecco, but my sandals are ok. Will buy again but would love to find another company that does shoes with arch support at a better price and quality.

This is the second occasion I have been disappointed with Vionic and had to order Vionic shoes on Amazon because Vionic did not have my size. This is frustrating because I am unable to earn reward points for future purchases. I have been a very reliable customer for years and find this deeply frustrating. Any suggestions for long time customers who should always be able to earn rewards with a Vionic purchase? Thank you. Maureen Jones

Certainly it takes a while to break down in Vionics, just like an orthotic. What did not work at all for me was the Velco closures which just did not work for any length of time despite me not wearing those shoes very much. They do not hold closed.

The last 3 to 4 pair of Vionic shoes I have purchased do not offer the same arch support as they used to. I do not know what has happened I. The past few years, but they are not the same!

I took some time for my feet to adjust to such a hard, ungiving sole but my plantar faciitus does feel better. However, after 9 months the sandals look worn and faded to the point where they are embarrassing to wear in public. When I contacted the company they said due to the "extensive" amount of time I've had them, nothing could be done. I asked for a supervisory review and received no answer. Obviously you don't wear the same shoe every day so I don't think 9 months is an extensive period of time for $99.00 sandals to last.
