I ordered 2 pairs of trainers in different sizes, as I didn't know which would fit. They arrived in a timely manner, I tried them on and returned the pair that didn't fit. This was all very easy. Returned on 15th September, had a email from "CALERES" on 18th September, to inform me that the pair of trainers had been received and a refund of £130.00 would be processed. Today, 5th October, 17 days later, I have still not had a refund. I have tried to contact VIONIC, firstly by telephone, to be cut off and a recorded message to say that they were very busy and to send email. I then emailed to receive an automated answer, telling me that they have received my email, and my request has been passed to a member of their support team, whose aim is to respond within 2 -3 working days! Meanwhile they are still holding on to my money. I would expect that as they have the shoes and have had since 18th September, they would have refunded immediately. Very disappointing and even though I love the shoes, I shall NOT be purchasing from them again. Looks like customer service is appalling, due to the fact that I haven't had any!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY STRAL YOUR MONEY WITH NO REGARD OF DOING THE RIGHT THING IN FIXING THERE END OF A PROBLEM.

shoes too small and narrow and were sold as final sale, no return or exchange. bought my normal size shoe and it was too small. so I am stuck with them; big waste of money. Other returns took weeks to see a credit to the card I used to pay. And this was after I called and wrote 2 emails

Quality of the shoes has gone downhill. Customer Service is not helpful. Will not purchase.

I was a big fan of Orthoheel before Vionic bought them out. Ever since Vionic came to be, it has fallen from its high standards. How many people does a company really need to sell a simple shoe? This is why prices are beyond reach for most people.

I placed an order that was subsequently canceled by Vionic without notification. When I contacted customer service after the shoes did not arrive, I was told the order had been canceled due to “billing issues,” but the representative was unable to explain what the issue was. I was asked to place the order again. I asked why repeating the same order would produce a different outcome if the billing issue was unidentified. My request to escalate the matter was declined, and I ended the call without placing a new order.

I wish I could report a score of 0 for customer service! Ordered two pairs of shoes on 6/25/26, estimated delivery 7/1- great before the holiday! However they are still not here 7/8. Put in several emails to the customer service at Vionic. no response, one bounce back an undeliverable - confirmed address was as per Vionic website. Today I called, first rep seemed competent and said they'd contact FedEx to find out what was going on. On hold for 18 minutes when a different rep came on and started all over again and said they could not contact fedex - that I had to. I asked for a manager and rep argued with me- very unprofessional and rude, asked for a manager again and got put on hold. After another 10 minutes a new rep was on the line confirmed the shippment was in indionapolis and had been there for ~3days (unlike fedex). I explained that she needed to put in a claim so that the package would get traced, she said she couldn't do that the shipper needed to? Shipper as in FedEx? No I am fedex...!? Vionic transfered me to FedEx (the courier), who can't do anything until Vionic (the Shipper) submits a claim. So if you're Fed Ex why is the package stuck in Indi? Shipper (Vionic) chose Fedex Ground Economy. They don't rtell you on the website when ordering that's what you get. 32 minutes and I'm no where. Unbelievable.
