Terrible Customer Service
Here’s a teachable moment. Let the customer know that you screwed up and took an order that you didn’t have the chosen merchandise available for. Maybe it would have been a good idea to not have FedEx send the customer an email saying that I can track an order on a product that was out of stock and not in their possession. And finally, maybe next time it would have been an appropriate move to send the customer an acknowledgement on a refund so the customer doesn’t have to call twice and send 3 emails. I spent 30 years in direct marketing working with companies like LL Bean and Talbots. Vionic has the WORST customer service I have EVER come across. Terrible!!!!!
