I placed an order with Vionics on 10th March 2022 and they claim a delivery in 24 hours. I have neither received the order or tracking information nor refund. I have sent emails to vionics, but no response and no one picks up their customer care number. This is very harrowing experience.

I bought third pair of Vionic sandals. The first two pairs, in previous years, were great. The recent pair is cheap and poorly made. The quality has deteriorated over the past 3 years. The plastic is cheap. They fit loosely. I bought the same size in all 3 pairs. The first two pair fit perfectly. Recent pair slides off my feet although it's the same size. It's simply poorly made and not of the same caliber. The arch support is non-existent and used to be the reason I bought vionics. The price has gone up by $40 while the quality deteriorated. I no longer recommend these shoes.

I've been a Vionic Shoe customer for years. The shoes are great. The service, sadly, SUCKS! I have been trying to make a Return for a month! Vionic does NOT answer the phone; their "Call Back" function does not work; emailed them SEVEN times with No Reply. S. OBrien WI

The shoes are great WHEN they arrive. Customer service is always “in training” so I am unable to reach them. FedEx needs a tracking number which Vionic does not provide. They provide a button to push for tracking. I have been notified that shoes “are on their way” for several days now.

I have purchased these sandals for last 4 years but I changed from regular sandals to bella and purchased 2 pairs they both broke at the toe part within a month? The other paid without bows lasted 2 years. Very disappointed in the return policy and the time it takes to get credit. It's been over a month and still no credit. I called she said they only pick up mail once a week and had just received mine. This is poor customer service. Sadly I will get my last paid and never order again. The sandals do make your feet black on the bottom and I disliked that but lived with it but not now. For the money you pay should not make your feet black

Awful sandals

I have spent the past 4 months trying to get a refund per their guarantee at their online site. Initially, when I entered my return number online as directed, the number showed up as invalid. Like others, I called and called. I did finally actually speak with someone, who told me that there was a "glitch" on the site, that she didn't know when it would be repaired, and that there was no way to do a manual authorization. After numerous more attempts to get a return authorization with the same result, I finally had my bank reverse the charge. Lo and behold, I then got the return authorization almost immediately. After sending the the shoes back, I received a confirmation telling me that a refund would be processed. Since I had already reversed the charge, I responded that we were "even," and no refund was due. Imagine my surprise when a month later, the company had the bank reverse the charge back, effectively giving them a "double credit." Since then, they have come up with one excuse after another about why they couldn't issue my refund. As another reviewer stated, this is one "dodgey" company. In addition, they are using COVID-19 as an excuse for failing to provide any type of customer service, or to honor their guarantees.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were to be delivered by FedEx. FedEx must have delivered them to the wrong location. They opened a case number and tried to locate them. A few days later they suggested I call Vionic. Well—you cannot get in touch with these people. I have called 3 times per day since Wednesday of last week and held until they disconnected me. I pressed two to enter a call back number but was only able to hold there as well then disconnected. I sent them an email two times with no response. Will never purchase from them again!
