They refused to give me a receipt for my oil change. I called there office, and they stated that they need my Vin number, I do not have time to go to my car, and get my vin number, that why I go to a quick oil service. I guess the dealer might take long, but the customer service is outstanding next to your service.

I went to vioc, on Harlem Rd Cheektowga, yesterday, 7/5, a young lady came to the side of my car and I inquired about an oil change. She said Yukon GMC requires 5-6 quarts of synthetic oil. She said that’ll be $74.98!! I’ve owned 2 Yukons and I’ve never paid that much for an oil change. I left and went straight to MAVIS Tires, they gave me 5-6 quarts of synthetic oil for $34.99 with a $10 coupon. So I ended up paying $24.99 + tax =$27.00!!!! I’ll never go to Valvoline and I’ll share my experience with everyone that I know!!!

If I could enter 0 stars I would. They left the oil cap off my car and when I drove home the engine was COVERED in oil. They also did not seat the filter properly and I had a leak underneath the car. Finally, they broke the molding on my dash when changing the oil filter. This cost me over $150 in repairs to my car and they refuse to take responsibility.

Everytime that I am going to change my oil wherever I go they use 5 quarts and replaced the filter. Today for the third time I used a Valvoline Groupon on this location at 1004 S Hampton Rd, Dallas, TX 75208. The first 2 times I paid $10.87 for taxes and that's it. Today suddenly my engine grow because indicate my car used 7.5 quarts. Someone can explain me this? I paid $33.00 extra, I ended paying more that if I didn't have the $50 coupon. Two weird things; before they start the service they ask me if I had a Groupon and second how my car use more oil that it ever used in the 8 yrs that I have it? I don't have proof but some scams is happening in this location. Victor Merced

I took my car into the Alpine Ave location in Grand Rapids Michigan for an oil change and deep fuel system clean, I left after they competed the service and drove my car less than 400 feet and the motor locked up. This company has done everything they can to avoid taking responsibility for the damage to my car. Their customer care line would not return my emails or phone calls. I had to file a legal action against them before they would even contact me! Horrible, immoral company! Avoid at all cost! You can go to your local car dealership, Ford, Chevrolet, etc... and find a far better deal!

Great service! Fast in and out. Discounts applied when coupons presented. Very courteous staff. Best oil change experience so far. We highly recommend this company.

I pull up the guy with the beard comes out tells me it's going to be at least 20 minutes. I said sure no problem. 20 minutes later, I'm directed into the bay, the young african american gentlemen that greeted me was courteous and personable. I think the guy with the beard must have been the manager. I got the impression that he is not the easiest to work for. I had a groupon the "manager" came to the window and said before we do anything let's scan this groupon and make sure it's valid. I purchased my car from Carmax and I know before they put a car on the lot, they change the oil, rotate the tires and inspect everything. As he is stating all the upsells, I let him know that I got the car at Carmax, he said "all they do is wash it and put it on the lot. You have to go by CarFax." Of course I knew he was incorrect. I didn't purchase any of the extras it would have been upwards of $150.00. I kind of got the impression that either he is not a fan of the Groupon or he doesn't like us gays. Probably because he rarely makes any extra money on groupon from the upsells. I won't be going back I'll pay full price for better service
