Lovely well meaning staff. The systems/processes seem to fail Vinfolio at most turns. The backlog to put delivered stock on the system or to move or sell stock is not fit for purpose. I do not have confidence in my wine stored numbers.

Extremely slow availability in wines ordered. Still waiting on bottles ordered over a year ago
customer
Very unresponsive in trying to get wine I paid for shipped to me in the small window available.

I totally get it- it’s COVID and things are tough- customer service has fallen off at Vinfolio. I never know what is happening with my wine or if it has been received or not. I placed my order several days before Dec 28 and then got the acknowledgment on Dec 28. Everyone at Vinfolio is super super nice and I know you are all trying really hard. I’m sure you are swamped.

Phone app for iPhone poor. Better on iPad

Quite disappointed specifically with Vincellar. With the high cellar fee, I expected better service and technology integrated to it.
