I was sooo pleased with my jacket when I received it! I noticed the sizing was off and it didn’t fit!! I contacted customer support and within 24 hours they responded and got to it! I’m so happy with them the answered and reordered a larger size! I also ordered boots and they fit amazing!!!!!! Total Experience with Vincent Benoir.... WONDERFUL!!!!! I Will be ordering again!

I received my parka jacket with the pink fur hood and I am really very disappointed the fur collar wasn’t at all the clour and was advertised on the page it was orange and so skimpy and cheap looking it looks a cast off and got send too me Iv been reading comments from other purchases from other customers and most of them are saying the same thing so I think your company are doing false advertisement 😡

Ho acquistato una giacca di pelle. Il prodotto è affidabile rispetto l immagine pubblicizzata. La taglia va bene perché ho rispettato le misure del corpo visto che da un paese all' altro cambiano le taglie. Ho dato 4 stelle perché il pacco ci ha messo molto ad arrivare considerata la distanza. Sono soddisfatta.

Absolute SCAM! They advertise 30 day returns on every item they sell however the sizing and quality are horrendous. If you try to return, they refuse and state that “sale items” are not refundable. Helllooooooo the ENTIRE website is “discounted” prices. Basically they have a NO REFUND policy on all their stuff and they fraudulently claim that they accept refunds to trick you into buying. Stay far far away!

DO NOT BUY! SCAM! Everything you see on that site can be found on aliexpress or similar sites. For example, just search denim jacket and u'll find the same one for 1/4 of the price. Delivery time is the same as u would order from china.

I just got my coat and it's poor quality, they mislead me with the description, the size is too small, and don't want to refund. I wish I read these ratings before :(

This is a terrible company do not purchase anything from them their extra large is like a kid size 8 the extra extra large is like a kids size 12 and they do not refund or they do not take returns I will never do business with them again
