I just bought this new foundation to try and I LOVE IT!! Such a perfect skin match and light and doesn’t cake and looks smooth. i am 68 years old but not many wrinkles but still hard to find enough coverage that looks natural. I have found my new foundation.

Es hat recht lang gedauert, bis die Foundation ankam. Diese ist von der Konsistent sehr angenehm auf der Haut, ich habe auch bis zum Abend ein gepflegtes Hautbild. Nun kommt das Aber: ich habe helle Haut, die Foundation macht sie noch heller, ich sehe also nicht, dass sie sich meiner Hautfarbe anpasst, sie lässt mich eher käsig aussehen, leider.

TL/DR: The product is ok, if you just want a light cream to put on your face. If you want a true coverage foundation, this is not it. If you are ok with giving your money away to an overseas company and never getting it back if you are unsatisfied, go ahead and buy from them. Otherwise, skip this company all together. I would not purchase from this company, unless you are completely comfortable giving up any money you send them, because, regardless of what their published return terms state on their website, they do not honor them. It is not a US based company. First, I would not truly consider this a foundation. It is more like a BB or CC cream. It doesn't cover anything (freckles, spots, etc.). It does not smooth out your complexion, nor provide any real benefits that I can discern. If you reach out to the company requesting a refund, you will experience quite a bit of double talk. My experience: First email: We recommend you try it this way Second email: We cannot refund anything that has been used, but we want you to try it (nice trick) Third email: Our website clearly states if the foundation doesn't match, and we require a video proving this. Again, double talk. How can one know if the foundation matches, if they do not try it. And, if they try it, how on earth then are they supposed to send it back and get a refund if Vima doesn't take back anything that has been used? Also, the website does not state you must send a video, it states "if possible". It is not possible in my mind. Why would I send a video of myself to complete strangers, and then run the risk of having them use that video in a promotion maybe? The website also states they will offer a 100% refund, but they tried to tell me they can only give me 25%. Honestly, I don't think the site should be allowed to operate on FB or Insta until they are clear about what their policies are. I've filed a complaint with my credit card company. Buyer beware.

Returns and Refunds: We aim to accommodate first-time customers through a one-time refund or exchange offer. However, as noted, we do ask for photos or a video to better understand the issue (and avoid abuse of the policy). We also cannot accept returns of used items due to hygiene reasons, which is standard in cosmetics, though we do try to work with each customer individually. I like the way it goes on, BUT the match is a bit lighter that I would have liked, BUT it may be that I have been using a darker foundation than I should. Don’t try to use it with a primer. The finish is terrible and it does not match, at all. It’s good enough for everyday use. Not exceptional, but I am not terribly disappointed.

Love love love this product. I’ve always struggled to find a foundation that matched my skin tone and that also didn’t leave my skin looking shiny or greasy. Can’t recommend enough. Also applies so easily with the brush.

Shipping was pretty quick. The product itself is great. I had to play with how much I use to find the perfect balance. It matches perfectly. I use a little bit of aquaphor on my face and then apply it and it’s looks beautiful. It could have a better scent to it. Goes on smoothly and evenly. Will purchase again
