Was abit skeptical in purchasing. Goes on well and transforms nicely, maybe a shade lighter than what I was expecting, not cakey or dry , it does feel that it's not that long lasting , overall still happy and worth a try.

This company is a SCAM, buyer beware. Such a horrible company. I am a first time buyer and received the product last week. Their refund policy clearly states: “100% Satisfaction Guarantee Not happy with our makeup products? We’ve got you covered! We’ll issue a full refund* or exchange your order for something of equal value that might suit you better. No need to return the item! We just ask that you share your reasons and, if possible, provide photos or videos to help us understand the issue. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our products!” “If possible” is the key word, it doesn’t say you must. I’ve reached out to their customer service for a refund for the foundation. It’s very light, like nothing is there. Put too much on, you look like a ghost. Several emails back and forth, they request a video when there is nothing in their policy that states that. They keep saying “our policy clearly states that”. Okay - where?? Show me!! What a bunch of LIARS. Had I know this company was overseas, I would not have purchased. SCAMMERS EDIT: Hello, vima. I see your reply to my review, more pushback. Like I said, show me where it says a video IS REQUIRED for a full refund on your website. It’s not there and you should really consider changing the words “IF POSSIBLE” to “IS REQUIRED” to provide photos or video in your refund policy so customers aren’t blindsided. According to your website, I’ve met all the qualifications for a full refund: 1. Not happy 2. Shared my reasons with you 3. Request submitted within 30 days of receiving product 4. It is a makeup product 5. I am a new customer Oh, you’re a local based company? What state? Like most beauty products, can I find your brand at local stores like Ulta or Sephora? Nah, you are a company based outside of the US that promotes your products on TikTok and Instagram.

Reason for 3 stars (to be fair) is that I have yet to receive my foundation but looking at all the negative reviews on the hassle to return, I hope with all my 10 fingers crossed that the foundation will work for me. I would hate to have to go thru the pain as stated by the many reviews of fighting for a rightful refund. I will update after I have received and use the product.
