I have tried so many makeup but never gave me a beautiful skintone
I have tried so many makeup but never satisfied. I wanted a makeup that changed my skintone but stayed invisible. When i saw the add of Vima, said to myself, well i will try this one and it better be doing what they say. I promise to all women this product is doing miracle on my face. I applied the base, the cream that changed the color of my skin but at the same time made it so smooth. After, i just applied invisible powder. How many compliments and people did were wondering what was my age. That's a secret but for you, i am 69 and many people i know give me 50. Big difference. Just follow the instruction of Vima, and i promise you will never be dissapointed.

We want to assure you that the ingredients in our Magic Foundation have been carefully selected and are commonly used in many reputable cosmetic formulations worldwide. All components comply with international cosmetic safety standards, including those set by the EU, FDA, and other regulatory bodies. The claims that our product is “toxic” or “environmentally dangerous” are not supported by scientific consensus.
To clarify:
Cyclopentasiloxane and other silicones like Dimethicone and Methicone are widely used in skincare and makeup for their smoothing properties. They are non-comedogenic (do not clog pores), and studies have found them to be safe for topical use in the concentrations used in cosmetics.
Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate (Octinoxate) is a UV filter permitted in many countries. While some preliminary studies have raised concerns in very high concentrations, its use in regulated amounts in cosmetics has not been proven harmful to human health.
PEG-10 Dimethicone and Petrolatum used in our formulation are pharmaceutical-grade, highly refined, and purified for cosmetic use — free from harmful contaminants when used as regulated.
Regarding Nanoparticles: The use of nano-sized ingredients is strictly regulated, and our ingredients have been assessed for safety. Nano-form silica used in cosmetics remains on the skin’s surface and does not penetrate into deeper layers.

SCAM behavior from this company
I ordered the magic skin changing foundation. When I received it the ingredients didnt match what was on the website. I emailed them and they told me to "trust them, it was just an old box and they had updated the ingredients". But there's no way to confirm if that is true or they are just saying that. I asked for either a free return, a replacement with the correct ingredients or a refund. (They advertise a money back guarantee and free returns on the product website which I have a screenshot of that I sent them multiple times)I've been back and forth with them SEVEN times and they keep giving me the run around, trying to give me a partial refund and to keep the item I cannot use or pay to return it, but shipping to china is so expensive its not worth it. I would like a refund as I really dont want to take more time to do a chargeback, but I will if the company still gives me the run around. Also, I would not have purchased initially if I knew it was from China, as the shipping time advertised was also not accurate (5 days). It took much longer than that to get here because it came from China. This company is operating more like a scam. I would never buy from again.
EDIT: After their response. These people continually lie left and right. They did not care that the package I received did not match the ingredients. They did not ask for photo evidence which I would have happily provided would that change anything, but they did not care. They expected me to return it and pay the return shipping myself, even though I sent them photos from their own website where they clearly advertise FREE RETURNS with big bold writing but then apparantly have a different policy hidden in their “fine print”. And even then they don’t offer “free returns” under any circumstances so they shouldnt be advertising it! The only way they will “honor” their promises is if you tell them you will take action. But this is standard practice as a courtesy that you are SUPPOSED to inform companies BEFORE making a chargeback to give them the opportunity to fix it before the bank steps in. That’s what the bank suggests doing before making a chargeback. But this company wants to twist things as if making a chargeback when they don’t deliver the product as advertised is somehow bad behavior. Its not, the bad behavior is this company who intentially lies, falsely advertises and then tries to blame the customer for not reading their contradictory fine print. Its intentionally manipulative.
I reasonable effort to resolve this (which they have refused to make) would be to honor what you advertise “free returns” or simply fully refund me due to the product not matching the description. I think its a pretty serious health violation to send a product with different ingredients and then claim that the actual ingredients aren’t whats listed on the box!!!

Our customer service team has communicated with you multiple times to explain that the ingredient list displayed on our website is the most up-to-date and accurate. In rare cases, some products may be shipped with older packaging, which does not affect the safety or quality of the item itself. This is a standard and acceptable practice in the cosmetics industry, especially during packaging transitions.
Despite your not providing a photo of the discrepancy as requested — which is a basic step in evaluating such concerns — we still offered you a replacement or partial refund, without requiring the item to be returned. These were made as goodwill gestures, even though our policy (clearly stated online and acknowledged during checkout) requires a return for full refund claims.
Additionally, while we understand international shipping can take longer in some cases, we’ve never hidden our global fulfillment structure. Shipping times are estimated, and we strive to meet them, but delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, courier handling) may occasionally occur.
We must also respectfully note that repeatedly threatening chargebacks and leaving negative reviews simply because we could not accommodate a demand outside of our published policies is unfair. Our team has remained transparent, responsive, and professional throughout, and we’ve made every reasonable effort to resolve this.

Order didn't even show up. Customer Service was NO HELP with automated responses.
I placed an order with Vima Cosmetics at the beginning of June for makeup I specifically needed for my wedding on July 12th. I was excited to try their products and had been tracking the package closely the whole time. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way it got lost - and that’s where the real frustration began.
Every time I reached out for help, I received what felt like automated responses that didn’t actually address my concerns or offer any real solution. No one stepped in to make it right, no offer to reship, refund, or escalate the issue. I kept trying, hoping it would get resolved before the big day.
Sadly, the wedding came and went and I never received the makeup I ordered. I'm incredibly disappointed, not just because of the lost product, but because of how unhelpful and impersonal the customer service was when I needed them most. I expected better, especially for such an important event. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
Do not recommend, and do not waste your time with this scam.

Although it did take awhile to get here, when I heard my little "shop" bell go off and saw it was delivered, I ran to the mailbox. There it was. I couldn't wait to open the box to find a very classy looking bottle. I put just a little on my brush and was instantly amazed at how it blended perfectly with my skin tone. I was truly shocked and said to myself...how on earth did they do that? It is very lightweight and I didn't notice an odor at all. I am overall, very pleased! I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
