If I could give them zero Stars I would. The product is awful for older women and they absolutely refuse to follow their own return policy. They wanted me to ship it back to London even though it came from Philadelphia which would cost more than the product itself. This is a scam. Do not buy Vima. If you look online( AI and Google) you will see that many many have had the same issue. I should have looked before I purchased.

Despite advertising that showed the eye shadow stick having a matte finish, what arrived had glitter in it. I did not use it, per the online refund policy. After inquiring about sending the product back for a refund, I was told to apply the product, take a video of it, send it in, and maybe they would allow me to return it at my expense. Nowhere on the site does it mention this as part of the return process. The product took 3 weeks to arrive so I wasn't sure where it was coming from. I decided not to apply it to my skin. It was clear that I was dealing with bots. In the end, I was offered a 25% refund. This company is fraudulent in its claims about its product and its return policies. Buyer beware!

I placed an order and after completing it I noticed that they had pre-ticked an added charge for insurance. I contacted them and they said they would remove it but could then not guarantee that I would receive the product and could possibly lose my money. The practice of pre-ticking extra charges is illegal in most countries around the world. It is called drip pricing in Australia. I told them to cancel my order as I would not accept a business using such practices and that they should make this clear on their website and not have hidden amongst ads in the final payment page where it can easily be missed. I bet most people don't even realise they are paying this extra charge. After asking to cancel the order was suddenly showing as shipped, which is impossible as it was just a label initiated. I told them I would initiate a charge-back with the bank and they argued with me over quite a number of emails. They were very arrogant and still haven't refunded my funds. I gave them the opportunity so now I have lodged a claim with the bank (Visa) to get my money back. People should take a stand against businesses that use deceptive practices to make extra money. There is nothing on their web site indicating extra charges except in the payment section and hidden amongst ads. Beware of this. There are other businesses out there that don't deceive their customers and would probably have similar or better make up.

I can't review the foundation because I still have not received it. The tracking information is from some unknown shipping network and is giving an eighteen day expected delivery time. I don't know where they are shipping from but it's a very slow boat!

BUYER BEWARE - the money back guarantee is false advertising. I purchased this product in good faith hoping the magic foundation would do as it claimed. I felt safe buying this product because the company advertises moneyback.. the product DID not work for my skin and it did not do as it claimed. I have since been in a battle with the company to claim a refund. They refuse to provide a refund and have made me provide a private video of me using the product to prove that it did not match my skin tone, and even after that still refuse to issue me a refund. no clue what happens with my video now, hopefully they have secure IT, because it felt pretty invasive to provide a video.. Mecca or Sephoire have never required such invasive proof. So buyer beaware.. make sure you are confident in the product before you buy. Given the poor service I will never buy again nor ever recommend this to anyone.

Their money back guarantee is a scam, wont accept a refund for their bad product that took over a month to get delivered. DO NOT BUY!!!

If I could give no stars i would have. Terrible company. There make up i found didnt do what the advert shows.. it didnt go to my skin colour. Left me orange so I contacted them straight away and asked to return.. I got ignored. I then emailed off a 2nd email address which they replied to straight away. Claiming that they had no emails from me. This company made me jump through hoops just to return my item. Your not charged shipping on ordering but if you return you loose £20+ plus the price you pay to return the item. I brought this in january and I had to fight till today to finally get my refund minus £40 in total for postage. Would never touch this company again. *After your reply.. id like to be clear and transparent back (this is how u always start your emails!).. this is exactly how you started the email process with me when I emailed off my spare email address.. you claimed you couldnt find my email. I have all the evidence of everything which id be happy to share because this is a real review and it all happened. I ordered directly through vima. All my emails were with VIMA.. the name Mila was always at the bottom of the emails. Stay clear.

Bought colour changing foundation - Money back guarantee is not true and customer service is horrible from this company. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. A market has better return policy not to mention customer service. Stay away from this company.
