From order to delivery to installation. Everything worked out seamlessly, especially given the serious constraints that the Covid-19 pandemic presented. Great job!!

Purchased a glass system for our interior stairs and a cable system for our deck. We are thrilled with the results of both. These were DIY installations. We took our time and double and triple checked all of our measurements and had no problems. We found the team at View Rail to be knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommended.

My first project in my home went very well with Viewrail and it was a huge success. This led to my second project where I enlisted their design team to assist. We ended up with a design that included a red oak newel. When the materials arrived and I mapped out the install, it became clear that the red oak newel was not necessary since it was not pleasing to the eye in our home. I let customer service know right away and they said "sorry, did you read the fine print? since there are no refunds since everything is custom". I told customer service that this is not custom, its a standard size listed on your website that anyone can still buy and use. This non-friendly customer service approach was a big disappointment. So much so that the momentum for my 2nd project stalled. I had a 3rd project in mind with viewrall but this is not looking likely. It made no sense that they wouldn't allow for a return for a new part that they can easily sell again, while I had no use for it. This is very wasteful. Viewrail should have a longer term lifetime value view with their customers.

I have tried to get a couple of other quotes on some other jobs and received not one call back or estimate. But I seem to get this though. Work on getting back to your customers or they will go somewhere else

Super high end metal railing but not very custom for the price. Had to modify when installed and the coating although beautiful is very delicate for outdoor use
