I purchased the video converter…
I purchased the video converter ultimate software some time ago and when I went to use it today it said I needed to update to the laterest software. When i did that I found that it had reverted to the trial version and when I tried to register I get a message saying 'The registration code has already been used. Error code 4104. I was able to eventually contact customer support by email and they replied to inform me that they had reset my activation code and I was able to get full access to the product purchased.

Maybe you couldn't send it due to fluctuations in the network. And just in case, we have tested the form function on the support page and it worked normally. As for the 4104 error code that occurred in this case, we have already reset your registration code and reply to your email on June 12th. You can try to activate your license again. die Software -videosolo Converter Ultimate ist Perfekt...schnell ,rasch und transparent....einziege problem hätte be wieder aktivierung nach NEU Windows instalation...einfach SUPPORT wollte nich sofort aktivieren also schlüßel nummer aktiviert...noch immer kann nicht benützen ...habe gesendet Bestel numm Name ..e.meil ...grunf aber KEINE ANTWORT.... ich warte weiter...

Sah toll aus auf der Homepage aber, dass man ein kostenpflichtiges Abo braucht wurde erst erwähnt als ich den Müll schon auf dem Rechner hatte

Cancelled, But Still Charged And NO REFUND!
I cancelled my subscription to VideoSolo DVD ripper on Nov. 30,2022 and they still billed me 53.95 for a full new year of service on Dec. 1,2022. After being in contact with VideoSolo, Paddle.com and PayPal multiple times, I am still unable to secure a refund. This business is very shady and unethical. Stay Away!
