I had the pleasure of working with the sweetest, most reliable and hardest working liaison--Francesca Wright. From the outset she was open, honest and direct. There was never a moment when she was too busy to answer an important question or even the simplest of questions. Francesca took her time to explain the essentials of this unique dating site and enabled me to understand how a man my age would benefit greatly from the program as a whole. I was quite skeptical at first, simply because I have had several negative experiences previously with other personalized dating companies. Prior to launching my profile, Francesca perseverated over what I thought were unimportant details. She made sure my photos captured important aspects that spoke to my demeanor; furthermore she spent time with the actual ORDER in which she, and her team, believed these photos should be placed. I can truly say that they do not try to crush you with unnecessary fees and in fact, it has been my experience that VIDA is much more cost effective than their competitors. I can not recommend this company to the full extent that it deserves, nor can I brag enough about the remarkable rep that put everything together and worked her tail off for me.

I went with the VIP option at Vida, and I am very glad that I did. I received fantastic service from Stacy Blackwell, especially with the inevitable disappointment of rejection she was there to build me back up. She would be in constant mail/phone contact with me and listened to my feedback and she was there with advice when asked about specific matches. Moreover, another fantastic person, Meagan Kaufman had a professional photographer take my photos, and before that, with Covid lockdowns, helped me take a bunch of selfies when a photographer couldn't be had - and they were instrumental in generating a lot of leads that I may have missed otherwise. Meagan taught me how to pay attention to my posture and which clothes worked best with my build and skin tone. As with everything in life, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and within months, I met the girl of my dreams and we are both madly in love with each other. I don't believe that I would have met her without going through the process I did. They both told me that online dating was a "numbers" game. Expect a number of rejections, and you yourself will reject many. Statistically speaking, it is a matter to time and luck before one encounters the right person, and then there is the whole matter of dating and follow through.
