Vidal CoachingReviews of vidalcoaching.com

I’ve worked with many different functional coaches and programs over the years, but I’ve never had the results that I’ve experienced with Vince and the Vidal Coaching team. They truly know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to addressing any and all health-related challenges. I originally joined because I wanted more energy and the ability to function better throughout my demanding days—I have a high-pressure job and two young kids. Not only did they help me achieve that, but they also far exceeded my expectations. Today, I’m in the best shape of my life. I feel incredible—more energized, sharper, and healthier than ever before. The results have been so powerful that I didn’t hesitate to enroll my wife, my father and his wife, my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, as well as many of my friends. I recommend this program to everyone and anyone looking to transform their health and life. Thank you, Vince, and the entire Vidal Coaching team—you’ve changed my life.

Vince and Basia are truly top-tier! As someone who works in healthcare, I can honestly say this program has been the best investment in my health and wellness. I’m in the best shape of my life, and I’ve gained invaluable insight into myself and the patterns I’ve struggled with for years. This is not a cookie-cutter program. Vince and his team go deep—addressing not only the physical aspects, but also mental and emotional well-being. It’s a collaborative, holistic approach that represents what healthcare should be. There’s nothing else out there that compares to the quality of care they provide. Don’t even hesitate!

I have been struggling my entire life with a variety of chronic issues, from gut issues, daily migraines, autoimmune issues, fatigue, etc. I started my healing journey 5 years ago. I made great progress with a former coach; however, she could only take me so far. From previous experiences with other coaches, nutritionalists, and doctors, I was extremely sceptical, scared, and uncertain if Vidal and Vince were someone I could trust and whether it would be a waste of money. God brought Vince into my life, and I decided to give it a shot, especially since I had nowhere else to turn. The first few weeks were rough because of the unknown, but I soon realized that Vince and his team are extremely compassionate and educated, and helped me through the process. I am still on my healing journey, but I am finally excited about my future and progress! Vince is truly special, and he is living his purpose. His team has the same passion for helping others, and Danielle has been amazing!! A big part of their coaching also involves mindset, gratitude, and balancing your nervous system, which is imperative to the healing journey. If you're on the fence, I guarantee this is not a waste of time or money. You will absolutely benefit from it and leave a better and healthier version of yourself.

I started working with Tanner 6 months ago and was at my rock bottom at the time. Struggling with metabolic resistance, PCOS, insulin resistance and perimenopause I was at a loss and my doctor was of no help. Since working with Tanner I’m down 25lbs naturally, more energy and better sleep. We’re not done yet but I’m excited to see where this journey goes. If you’re at a loss and need help getting your body back on track I highly recommend Vidal Coaching and especially my coach Tanner.

I literally cannot say enough about my coach Tanner and the amazing team at Vidal. I have gone on for YEARS having medical professionals tell me (a woman who chronically dieted for 20 years) to just eat less and move more. I felt trapped, overweight and honestly approaching hopeless as I started to experience autoimmune symptoms. I took the step forward thanks to Tanner and 9 months later and I have lost almost 50lbs and feel better than I have in years. It's a big commitment, but it is worth it. Tanner is such a support but also gives me the room to be a human being and mess up from time to time. He considers my emotions and concerns and the team at Vidal is not just giving you weight loss advice. It's a medically based program. Their mission is to improve cellular functioning and realign systems in the body. I truly feel a transformation. I feel strong and better than I have in many, many years. Thank you to everyone at Vidal and especially my coach Tanner!

LIFE CHANGING! I cannot put into words how incredible Vidal coaching has been! I searched for answers for many years to my many hormone issues and this was the only place I was able to get the answers and help I needed. There isn’t a problem they can’t get to the root of! So if you are in a space of wanting to heal and live your best life….this is the place to be!

Vidal has been life changing for me! I am 20+ lbs down, way less inflamed, and so much more confident in my choices + ability to continue to alter the trajectory of my health outcomes. So grateful to have found my awesome coach Jenny!

After years of struggling on my own to put the pieces of my health issues together (because no doctor or conventional approach was helping), Vidal put the puzzle together. I struggled with weight loss resistance, bad acne and constant bloating. A stressful period in my life snowballed into worsening symptoms like hives, racing heart rate, rashes and even paralysis-like feelings moving through my body. I was scared sleeping at night. This program and this team brought my body back to homeostasis and even optimization. My gut has continued to be in a great place and I’m able to support myself to keep my immune system balanced. I’m forever grateful for this process! Thank you Vidal!
