I ordered 2 Togo style seats from VibeHaus. Throughout the purchase and delivery phases I had constant support via WhatsApp with their customer support team. Jacky was amazing and kept me fully up to date with production & delivery. An issue with the order was quickly resolved at the sellers expense. Would recommend!

VibeHaus presents itself as a unique designer furniture brand, but my experience was completely different. I paid around €600 for a chair that was shipped from China, while very similar Chinese-made chairs can be found elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Being a dupe site is not the problem — there is nothing wrong with selling dupes, as long as you actually advertise your own dupes. What I found extremely misleading was seeing influencer unboxing videos on their website that I later came across in their original form, showing the influencers unboxing products from completely different brands. In other words, original-product content was being presented as if it were content for VibeHaus products. As for my actual order: I never received the chair. They shipped an entire armchair through China Post/National Post instead of an appropriate freight/courier service, and it ended up at a post office on the other side of the city rather than being delivered to my address. I spent almost two months trying to resolve this directly with them, but after all the back and forth, the matter was ultimately resolved through a chargeback. Extremely misleading and unprofessional experience. I would not purchase from VibeHaus again. [regarding your reply - that’s a straight out lie, I live in the co-capital of Greece and national post confirmed to me that you used the cheapest shipping service instead of door-to-door!!!! Also you asked me to pay another 300euros for a freight company out of my pocket in order to pick up the chair from the “nearby collection point”. The audacity..]

Hi Clio, We’re sorry the experience ended this way and would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading. Your chair was made to order in the colour you personally selected. The content and video we use to advertise our chairs features our products, including our own packaging and branding, as can also be seen across our social media and website. Unfortunately, your address is classified as a remote delivery area on a Greek island, and the carrier ultimately held the chair at a nearby collection point rather than completing delivery to your door. We offered to cover the cost of a taxi/Uber for the approximately 10-minute journey to collect it, but understandably, this solution did not work for you. Since the chair was never collected or received, you unfortunately never had the opportunity to see or assess its quality in person. We spent considerable time trying to find a workable solution and are genuinely sorry we couldn’t bring the delivery to a better conclusion. The VibeHaus Team

Despite the wait, I can tell this service has always been amazing. Futhermore the sofa that we bought is amazing. Jacky and Julia do a wonderful job, they answer everything within hours and they come up with a solution every single time.

Great customer service. Jacky responded all our questions and package arrived as promised, even a little bit earlier. It was supposted to come 10-12 weeks from order placed. It arrived after 8 weeks. We are really happy with the sofa and the quality. We might buy some more products from the site, now when we know all went well. Thank you Jacky

Purchased the Bruma Loveseat and Bruma Ottoman in corduroy at the beginning of August, and just two weeks later I’m already sitting in the loveseat enjoying my morning coffee, with the ottoman on its way! The whole process has been really swift, including the refund for the small VAT invoice, which Vibehaus has already processed and followed up on with a kind and personal email — really lovely! The two-person loveseat looks amazing in our house and is super comfortable. It also arrived in a surprisingly small package, making delivery and installation extremely easy. Really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend!
