Let’s start with the good. Communication is prompt, friendly and forthcoming. Deliver was timely and done with care. The designs are unique. The not so great: Price & Quality. The delivered item (Zuru Lamp) was rather cheap and plasticky (Origin China). The shop pictures, price, and the brand itself suggests otherwise. Given these considerations, the price, even including discounts, seems steep. One will likely get similar quality at a much better rates otherwise. Hence, I will likely not buy here again.

The materials and specifications, including the ABS globe construction, are listed on the product page before purchase, and we also provide real-life product videos to help customers better understand the finish and appearance before ordering. We also openly communicate that part of our production is carried out with manufacturing partners in Asia.
