The person who installed it was great he realized he couldn’t put it where he was going to and adjusted accordingly. He was great! And the service is great too!

Service technician did great with keeping in contact and did a great job with the install very satisfied with my WiFi!

My service was cut off because I forgot to notify Viasat of the change. After I called they changed the number and I was back in service. THANKS VIASAT!

the service is not good and when you pay your bill the service doesn't start fresh. There is alot of buffing and the bill is to high just for internet. NO tv, or phone and i pay156.00 every month.

Called did not have no internet don't know what the blank was wrong your purse and said everything was fine on with equipment still didn't have no internet wanted to send someone out to charge us $100 I already pay $140 a month not happy

The company quickly works on issues wrong, however the price changes without your knowing. Beware of the costs and question! Also I was billed for a phone I didn't have and then when questioned they wanted me to pay a cancelation fee of the whole year!! Question your bill!
