Just average because of WiFi service is very slow.

I was never told that when I put my service on hibernation that it would cost $35. I have Viasat for my camp and we are only there for a few months during the year. I would not have ordered the service if I was informed of this. I also needed to pay $200 for installation when I was told it would be free. Be very careful if ordering from this company. They are very deceptive

usually weak signal strength. Dish alignment has been looked at twice. First time I was told to trim tree branches, which i did. That did nothing to improve signal. Next time another person came and said the dish needed to be moved, which it was... still have weak signal issues. I believe your Satellite is too low in the sky to get a strong signal and this is something your tech rep said might be the problem.

If you like doing business with and socializing with a computer, then this company is for you. Human beings are not part of the equation over there. They are getting better (but still not good) aboiut letting you understand how you use your own service. I've been a customer for 10 years. I am not a fan.

Very slow - intermittent connections daily - tried to get more bandwidth from a new plan during recent online sales event for the listed price, but was refused - called Viasat and they said it was only for new users.

Everything works good. The only problem is it is price little high.

Works well on clear days and I am kept informed by email when I am close to my limited use.

Found a plan that fits our high data usage for a decent price finally. & now don't have to buy additional data every month. Thank you for the unlimited plan.
