It’s not fast enough

A lot of money for average service a little slow

I don’t like the high price that you charge.

Viasat techs have been very professional and competent in diagnosing, and correcting problems in the past. The issue that is problematical is the recurring "buffering" that repeatedly interrupts the show we're viewing. Right in the middle of a scene. The image freezes, the sound stops. Then after 15-20 seconds, the "buffering" stops and the show resumes.... until about 15 minutes later, the "buffering" returns with the same freeze-and-stop results. Very very very frustrating!!!! This occurs especially after 7:000pm, we have noticed. Why is this occurring? Please please correct this issue. 🙏🏾 Then I will have NO issues at all with Viasat!!! Sincerely, Luther

It works great

I like this internet that I have had for a couple of months, but YouTube seems to buffer a lot (which it did not before) and I loose internet.

Viasat does not compensate for service outages, does not value loyalty (been a customer for a decade), and cuts off service with any mishap on credit card or payment system. Additionally, service is shoddy, goes in and out with high wind. And there's very little interest in retaining customers, imho.

I pretty much am tired of satellite internet…..it goes out in bad weather when we need it most.
