Slow service. Upload is often less than 1.0! I mean like .7 . Download varies from around 100 to 20 for no apparent reason. And if cloudy or anytime it rains, you might as well take the day off, because your internet service did. Customer service is very little help. And if you need a technician, that’s at least a week away. We actually have 2 internet providers. The second is to backup ViaSat due the sporadic service. The second one is AT&T which has only 12gb service. Very unhappy and disappointed with ViaSat.

I got an appointment quickly. even with a few hiccups, it worked out great.

Installation was a nightmare originally. Guy actually drilled too far and put hole in stairwell wall. Put dish up exactly where he was asked not to There was another option). Over a year ago upgraded from $80/ month to now $180’s with no perceivable difference. Kids say it’s pretend internet.

Installation was fast, by an expert technician who did not take any short cuts, exactly where I wanted it located, dish and modem, and it works fantastic. Ten times better and faster than my previous service.

No problems.

While not the fastest or cheapest internet, it is reliable and available to those of us that live in the burgs.
