not bugging me all the time like other companies

It’s good when working but it has a lot of disruptions and buffering. It doesn’t work my cameras half the time. They are on and off, on and off!! And I depend on them for safety. I have called more than once and each person tells me something different but although I ask for help they tell me it doesn’t qualify for a technician to come. They go by what their system says about my internet working. When I had a technician out a couple years ago with this problem they found a problem with my modem and replaced it. It worked ok for a while. Thinking seriously about switching.

I get steady service. No hasles I never run out of high speed data at a price lower than the other guy I don't like renting my equipment though since I have been using the service for 7 years you would think I own it by now and my charge should reflect that that I've been a loyal customer for so long

I think the service is extremely expensive but when you live in rural area you do not have a lot of choice.

Viastat is what we use for our remote cabin. It’s the only service that we can get that works well. We are located on an island and we still get good reception. Thank you, Viastat.
