It's remarkable how poorly run this company is. Over the past 3-4 months, I've talked with several of their staff. I found one helpful person. Others provided information that was wrong and cost me thousands of dollars. In accordance with their website, I requested a review and they refused to listen to the recorded calls where they provided inaccurate information. To have so many of their employees so unhelpful and confused is remarkable. Maybe it's their hiring process, training, leadership, ... If they have any competition, they'll be out of business very soon.

This company manages my HRA account as to qualifying payments with my retirement debit card for medical expenses such as doctor fees, co-pays and dental expenses. At 71 years of age, I have never seen any company so poorly managed and operated, having dealt with them for about three years now. One month they will accept identical documentation for qualification, and the next they will declare the same documentation as invalid. Getting these people to qualify an expense is like pulling teeth with a pair of pliers. Somebody needs to investigate these clowns.

Tried for weeks to access reimbursement account. Either goes to “Something went Wrong” or just “loading”. What a horrible company.

Our plan app clearly shows our last date of expense as being March 15, 2026. The employees are fraudulently, denying claim submitted, and delaying processing of our claims. I have screenshots to prove my expense date and their denial being outside the date of expense when I chatted with the representative who contacted the performance manager, they kept declining coverage in spite of the proof these kind of companies should not be allowed to profit in a vulturistic fashion hardened money of American taxpayers. These customer service agents and the processing should be only in United States. They should not be allowed to have offices overseas.

watch out they charge hidden fees. you think you are saving a few bucks for future health care and theyre robbing you blind. Not only that when you reachout to their help desk people they just play dumb not worth it its a complete rip off. Plenty of brokerage offer fee accounts with zero fees.

Worst company ever dealt with. Employers please stay away giving contract to this company if you want your employees to be happy.

Via is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I tried to do a simple address change online but they didn't allow it. When I called to change it, they took 15 minutes and then wanted me to talk to another department. Their level of complexity for a simple address change is mind boggling. I wish my company had picked a different benefits company.
