Wow was i wrong about this company in the end not only did the take care of the situation right away but was very professional returns all emails before 24 hrs and has great deals. No shipping They really put the veteran first. I'm going to France Normandy beach and I could not feel more proud to where my jacket among the hallow grounds and heroes that.lay there thank you again Vet tailor I will send pictures with gear on every one I highly recommend give them a try lily be more able to help form this point oh 1 more thing make sure to get you 250th birthday gear.

Been two months since ordered a shirt and No delivery! Emailed multiple times and only one reply said they would resend shirt? Still No delivery - Multiple emails again and zero response? asked for my money back and ZERO response. Tried calling support number many occasions and no one answers phone during working hours - left voicemail and still nothing almost two months later

"I recently ordered 3 items from VetTailor, a USN Hat and two jackets. The hat is very well made and comfortable and has size adjustments. The two jackets, one is a "leather" jacket and the other nylon light weight. The nylon runs true to size, I am 3x, while the "leather" one is slightly snug around the waist, or it could be that I am larger around my waist. The shoulders on the "leather" one and on the nylon one are both roomy and am able to flex without a problem. The build of the jackets is very good. The patches are printed on but look very good. I am happy with my purchase"

Ordered the USAF Command Hawaiian shirt. Customizing was easy, really liked the look when it arrived. I ordered a 2XL. What I got was at best somewhere between an L and an XL. This is after I used the size chart. Should have gotten a 3XL. Update: Vettailor responded quickly and walked me through the process to fix this issue. New shirt is on the way.
