They are lying about being Veteran owned. Products are made in and shipped from China. Also, screen printed, not real patches. Update: As you can see in their reply, transparency does not apply about the claim that they are Veteran owned.

I’ve placed 3 separate orders so far; 2 for me and one for my Army brother. The one order for my brother went to someone in a different state and one of my orders was messed up by UPS. I contacted Lily and she made everything right without any issues. The customer service and quality of the products is outstanding. Thank you very much Lily.

this is a piece of garbage jacket that is screen printed junk. They do not honor their satisfaction guarantee. They give the run around a refuse to refund. This is a complete scam that targets veterans and their family members.

Just received the item in the mail not in a box in a bag so the cap is completely crushed. Has black marks all over the hat like it was rubbed and dirt has stains all over it will never use this business again

Received two items that were not nearly as described. The hat was cheaply printed and one of the lowest quality materials I've ever seen. The phone case is hard to read and see the print, it's blurry and blends together, not at all what is described on the website. I attempted to return the products, completely unused and they refused my request.

The support of the staff at Vettailor was awesome. My first order stated it was delivered, but I never got it. I contacted the company and they were glad to work with me to see that he items ordered were replaced. I have been corresponding with Ms Lily James and she has been very helpful and attentive to my request. I now have the items ordered and they are exactly what I was hoping for.
