This has been my first time using VetRxDirect Pet Pharmacy. I was pleasantly surprised. They stay up to date on the prescription and also notify you immediately if any problems. I had a complicated prescription because the drug company the produces it had switched hands. When I had questions, Erica responded withing minutes, not hours.

Love VetRxDirect! We needed Cerenia for our pup that gets carsick. Headed out for a getaway next week. There was a miscommunication between our vet and the site, so I was worried we wouldn't have the meds in time, and much nasty clean up would be happening on the road. Needless to say, my drama level was rising dramatically. Then Katie at VetRxDirect made everything happen, and the meds are arriving a few days ahead of time! Stay away from this company!! Unethical, sent me HOT chemo medicine $@32/pill. Didn’t use enough ice to ship to me. Then sent HOT probiotics and I live in the tropics. Not enough ice and I paid for shipping. Poor business practices and don’t trust these liars with your $$$. I hope they go out of business soon. Find another place that is professional. They are pathetic.

VetRx had been life saver for me. I have a hyperthyroid cat and is hard to give him a pill. I went to this website and found Methimazole Transdermal Gel (compound) It's easy to use, you rub it in animals ear, it's, quick, and easy. The staff is great at VetRx and they are very helpful.
